How can I return a product?
You have the right to return the products you bought, free of charge and without having to tell us the reason why you want the products returned, within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date you receive the products. In this case, only the direct cost of returning the products is borne by you.
What are the terms of returning / changing a product?
For your desire to return the products you bought from our online store, you must notify us in writing at [email protected] with the subject “Order Return Application” stating the date / number of the purchase document within the above deadline. Provided that you receive a written return approval from A. Korfiatis & Co. OE, the address to which the products to be returned must be sent is: A. Korfiatis & Co. OE, Iasonos 5-7, 38333, Volos .
To avoid your own inconvenience, it is good to carefully check at the time of delivery of your order the condition of the products sold and their packaging intact, in order to identify any obvious defects (eg broken goods, etc.). The provisions of the Civil Code apply to the treatment of defects or deficiencies of contracted properties in the items sold. For a property to be considered contracted, it must be certified as such in writing by both parties.
What happens after the return of a product?
In case of return of the products and depending on the way you chose to pay for your order and on the other hand the way they will be returned, your refund will be completed within 30 days from the date we receive the products. The return can be made by crediting your account that you will notify to A. Korfiatis & Co. OE.
This Convention does not affect any consumer rights provided by law.
In which cases it is not possible to return / change a product?
Returns are only accepted if the products you wish to return are in the same condition in which you received them, ie they have not been unsealed or their packaging has been tampered with, along with the retail receipt or invoice.
